NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: (1) Romp Brothers Development, Inc. Subdivision Located at the southeast corner of Lorain & Columbia Roads (Danny Boy's & Dairy Queen Site) and consists of combining and re-splitting Parcels 237-1-1, 237-1-7, 237-1-8, and , 237-1-11 into four (4) sublots. William Geiser, Attorney, and Mr. Romp explained that the re- subdivision was a re-alignment of property lines to keep.each individual business on its own separate lot for estate purposes. There will be cross easements for parking. Assistant Law Dir- ector Dubelko advised that the city has accepted parking ease- ments in other similar situations. Each lot conforms to code. The adjacent neighbors viewed the plans. There were assured that no development is planned at this time. They had no objections to this proposal, however, they had many complaints about the traffic flow and congestion at the Columbia Rd. en- trance. The residents suggested a no-left-turn from Columbia into the parking lot.to eliminate some of the traff ic con- gestion. Mr. Roberts agreed that the traffic flow in the parking area does require some study. J. Roberts moved to approve the Romp Brother Development, Inc. Subdivision as per the plans dated July 15, 1982, seconded by J. Brown, and unan- imously approved. V. COMMUNICATIONS: No items VI. NEW BUSINESS: Ord. 82-88 An Ordinance amending the zoning code of the City of North Olmsted by adding a new section 121.2.04 entitled "Parking of Trucks in Single and Ttao-family Residence Districts" of Title Nineteen entitled "Off-street Parking and Loading.Facilities". The Commission agreed that they would like to discuss the Ordinance with Councilman Wilamosky who introduced it. B. Gorris moved that.because.Planning Commission wil•1 be in recess in the month of August, we request that Council :grant ;: an extension of time (30 additional days.) to study Ord. 82-88 and request that Councilman Wilamosky be present at the next meeting (September 14th) to explain and clarify the proposed legislation, seconded by T.
