There will be other <br />legislation introduced concerning the proposed Industrial Park <br />and these will be passed in conjunction with one another. T. <br />Morgan moved to approve Ordinances 82-103 and 82-104, seconded by <br />J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Ordinance.82-88 (tabled on July 27th). Planning Commission would <br />like to meet with Councilman Wilamosky for a clarification of the <br />proposed ordinance. <br />In reference to the Architectural Board of Review Minutes of August 18, 1982 regarding the increasing number of illegal signs, <br />banners, etc., Councilman Woerple stated that there was a fine <br />provided for in the Codes, but the Commission agreed that some <br />provision should be made so that the Building Department will be <br />better able to enforce the ordinance. This will be discussed at <br />future committee meeting for zoning changes. <br />The Commission discussed the location of the City Complex and the <br />fact that Planning Commission did not review the plans officially, <br />however, a presentation was made by Mayor Swietyniowski to the <br />members. Councilwoman Y. Petrigac stated that some changes had <br />been made in the plans to include some landscaped area on Dover <br />Center Road and to provide a buffer zone at the rear where the <br />service area abutt:sresidential properties. R. Parry, member of <br />the Architectural Board of Review, stated that the proposed com- <br />plex could present problems in the area, and that this proposal <br />did not have to be approved by the Planning Commission and the <br />Architectural Board according to the City Ordinances, however, <br />according to the State Building Codes, Planning Commission does <br />have the right to review public buildings. <br />VIII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Committee to suggest changes in the Zoning Ordinances met in <br />August. Chairman T. Morgan will have a report for the next <br />meeting. IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />J.
