Councilman Wilamosky stated that the three!?council <br />people present could request the Council to refer the proposal <br />to the Planning Commission. <br />VIII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Ord. 82-88: Councilman Wilamosky explained that the intent of this <br />Ordinance was to eliminate semi-tractor-trailer trucks parking in <br />residential neighborhoods, however on further examination of the <br />problem, he feels that he will have to def.ine more accurately which <br />trucks should be restricted. He requested that the Commission con- <br />tinue to hold the ordinance in committee. Mr. Morgan questioned if <br />the Building Department had the staff to enforce this ordinance and <br />believed that perhaps it should be enforced by the Police Department. <br />Planning Commission will retain Ord. 82-88 in committee. <br />Mr. Morgan distributed the committee report on suggested zoning <br />changes which were discussed at the August committee meeting. <br />Members will study and this wi11 be'discussed at the October 12th <br />meeting. <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br />J. Brown moved to excuse the absence of J. Burns, J. Prokasy, and <br />J. Roberts, seconded by T.
