The 2 spaces on the southerly portion of the parking <br />lot shall be eliminated and the buffer zone shall extend over the <br />space now occupied by these two (2) parking spaces, in effect, <br />giving a wider landscaped buffer zone to the front, seconded by <br />J. Burns, and unanimously approved. It was stated that if the <br />Fire Department requires a fire lane, the Commission would like <br />to view the plans again. <br />VIII.. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />J. Burns moved to send letter as submitted from Committee on <br />Zoning Changes to the BZD Committee, seconded by J. Roberts, and <br />unanimously approved. Mr. Perla has a suggestion regarding multi- <br />family property exiting through residential areas which he will <br />submit directly to BZD at a later date. As:_additional.items come <br />up, they will be forwarded to the BZD Coimnittee. <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br />T. Morgan moved to excuse the absence of J. Prokasy, seconded by <br />J.
