Ebin moved to accept the sign as presented with the
provision it is centered vertically on the mansard part of
the facade, seconded by R. Parry, and unanimously approved.
(e) DJS Arts and Graphic Supply Co. (Crown Center Signs),
25313 Lorain Rd.
Wall Sign
It is to be noted that the color of the sign will match
the plastic sample ( a pumpkin color) not the day glow red
of the color rendering and that a white border which is not
shown on the rendering will be on the sign. The Board
agreed that the palette and brushes should be lowered so
that they do not extend above the top edge of the sign, and
also, since this sign was not approved by the Building Com-
missioner for size it must conform to the Ordinance. It was noted that the
existing building does not have a mansard roof. Mr. Pappatto,
the owner, stated that he intends to extend the mansard a=
cross the entire building later and he hopes to eventually
cover the whole building with Texture 111. The shed roof
will be rolled roofing, not tar. Mr. Parry questioned the
parking since the entire area has a continuous curb cut of
approximately 150' and no driveway.
