Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. Mr. Mayville, a neighbor, complained <br />about the size, color, and location of the shed. This shed which <br />had been erected without a permit replaced a shed which had been <br />built by a previous owner. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance <br />for the location of the tool shed with the condition that the shed <br />be lowered to conform to the 8' height limitation, and that the <br />shed be painted white, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously <br />approved. Variance granted. , <br />8. Theodore A. Nemes, Sr., 23790 Delmer Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133013). Request S' variance for distance <br />between house and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151s04C. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. Mr. Nemes expiained that he could not <br />shorten his addition because of the location of the doors. L. <br />Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded by W. Mr. Helwig explained that he needed to <br />store equipment that he uses to maintain his apartment buildings. <br />A neighbor, P4rs. Provenzale, objects to the size of. the shed.
