Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered. Mr. Mayville, a neighbor, complained about the size, color, and location of the shed. This shed which had been erected without a permit replaced a shed which had been built by a previous owner. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance for the location of the tool shed with the condition that the shed be lowered to conform to the 8' height limitation, and that the shed be painted white, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. , 8. Theodore A. Nemes, Sr., 23790 Delmer Dr. Request for variance (1133013). Request S' variance for distance between house and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151s04C. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered. Mr. Nemes expiained that he could not shorten his addition because of the location of the doors. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded by W. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. 9. Karl F. Helwig, 24117 Beech Lane Request for variance (1133.13). Request 224 sq. ft. variance for tool shed and variance for location. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04D. Also request for 134 sq. ft. variance for total garage area. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04C. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered. Mr. Helwig explained that he needed to store equipment that he uses to maintain his apartment buildings. A neighbor, P4rs. Provenzale, objects to the size of. the shed. L.
