Request 11° 4" rear yard variance <br />for patio cover. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. Mr. Seraglio explained that because of <br />his pine trees he is secluded and this patio cover is merely to <br />shade his sliding glass door. W. Wasniak moved to grant the vari- <br />ance with the condition that the structure remains open and not <br />screened in, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />6. Gregg Gresko, 23586 Alexander <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 3' variance for distance <br />between house and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04.C. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was admini.stered. Mr. Gresko explained that there was no <br />way he could make the addition smaller since the stairway will take <br />up an 8 x 4' section of the room. He has a deep lot and could move <br />his garage back later if he ever needs to enlarge the garage. C. <br />Remmel moved to grant the variance, seconded by L.
