Remmel moved to grant <br />the variance and Special Permit based on roof:and screens and <br />no permanent enclosure, seconded by W. Wasniak. Request 106 sq. ft. variance <br />for garage addition (existing garage will be relocated). It was noted that this is a very deep <br />lot. The request was explained to a neighbor. L. Horvath moved <br />to grant the variance, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously <br />approved. It was explained that the variance is <br />requested because of several large dogs on the property to the <br />east. The neighbor to the east had no objection. C. Remmel <br />moved to grant the variance, seconded by L. Horvath, and unani- <br />mously approved. Request granted.
