Chairman <br />Ledvina pointed out that this request could be considered the <br />same'as a 14' high patio enclosure or attached greenhouse and <br />would encroach 25' into the rear set back area leaving only a 25' <br />rear yard. E. Gundy suggested that the pool could be set length- <br />wise on the lot and only a 12' variance would be required. Since <br />Mr. Sullivan was not present, Mrs. Sullivan decided to stay with <br />the original request. W. LJasniak moved to grant the request for <br />the pool addition, seconded by D. Ledvina. Roll call on motion: <br />Horvath, yea. jdasniak, Ledvina and Remmel, Nay. Request denied. <br />The'alternate request to construct a detached g?ass enclosed <br />swimming pool was then considered. C. Remmel moved to grant <br />the variance, seconded by D. Ledvina. Roll call on motion: <br />Horvath, yea. Remmel, Ledvina, and Wasniak, nay.
