? <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />MINUTES - MAY 6, 1981, <br />Chairman Ledvina called the Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: D. Ledvina, C. Remmel, L. Horvath, and W. Wasniak <br />Absent: E. DeVoto <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Law Director <br />M. Gareau, and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />L. Horvath moved to approve the Minutes of April 1, 1981:as <br />presented, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. <br />1. Tim Boomer, 4289_ Clague Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request Special Permit to <br />add to non-conforming dwelling. Special permission required <br />by Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. C. Remmel moved to grant the Special <br />Permit, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Special <br />Permit granted. <br />2. Ed Share, 23253 Clifford <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request Special Permit to add <br />_ to non-conforming dwelling. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section <br />1231.02. Also, request 9' variance for distance b.etween house <br />and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1161.01. Also <br />request 11' variance between house and adjacent detached garage. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1161.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. The request and the plans were ex- <br />plained to the neighbors. It was observed that this addition <br />would only be 9' from the neighbors garage. L. Horvath moved <br />to grant the Special Permit and the variances, seconded by C. <br />Remmel, Roll Call on Motion: Horvath, aye. Remmel, Ledvina, and <br />Wasniak, nay. Request denied. <br />3. Phillip F. Polomsky, Sr. 3942 Canterbury Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request permission to sell <br />plants in a residential area, violation of Ord. 62-33, Section <br />' 1151.04. Also, request to sell from a private greenhouse. Vio- <br />lation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1125.36. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />" The oath was administered. The neighbors were assured that if
