Horvath, and W. Wasniak <br />Absent: C. Remmel and E. DeVoto <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Building Comrsissioner E. <br />Gundy, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />L. Horvath moved to approve the Minutes of March 4, 1981, seconded <br />by W. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. <br />1. James W. Krucke (Garage World), 24354 Vincent Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 5' variance for distance <br />between house and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-C <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. The request was explained to a neighbor. <br />L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded by 14. Wasniak, and <br />unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />2. Wayne C. Parker, 5692 Dorothy Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request for 1' height variance for <br />fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04G. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. This is an exceptionally deep lot. L. <br />Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded by W. Wasniak, and <br />unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />3. Basco, Inc. (Brilliant Electric Signs), 26520 Lora?n Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance for second pole <br />sign on one lot. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1225.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. Russ Galena of Brilliant Electric <br />Signs explained that Basco has bought the State Wholesale store <br />and wants a second pole sign at the Brookpark Ext. entrance (The <br />first pole sign is located on Lorain Rd.). 'I'his is not a typical <br />case of two pole signs on one lot since they are so far distant <br />from one another. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded <br />by W. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. Variance granted.
