Building-Commissioner Gundy ex- <br />plained that this group of stores had received a variance for <br />their signage on January 9, 1980 prior to the stores being <br />leased. This variance is for an additional 10 sq. ft. (riot <br />15 as shown on Agenda). Mr. Galena stated that this store is <br />about 150' from the right-of-way, and because of its location <br />this sign will not be easily visable from Great Northern Blvd. <br />C. Remmel moved to grant a 10 sq. ft. variance for the sign, <br />seconded by L. Horvath. Roll Call on Motion: Remmel, Horvath <br />and Wasniak, aye. Ledvina, Nay. Variance granted. <br />3. Society National Bank (in Fisher Fazio) (Brilliant Electric <br />Signs), 4700 Great Northern Blvd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 24 sq. ft. variance <br />for sign. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1225.02. <br />Mr. Galena was still sworn in from the previous case. This <br />sign is to identify the Society National Bank facilities <br />which are being installed in the Fazio supermarket. There is no <br />more square footage available for this sign. L.
