Ziska Assoc.), 25710 <br />Lorain Rd. <br />Mr. Ziska explained to the Coimnission that he was going to <br />check into type of brick that would not spall as recommended <br />by the Architectural Board of Review. The parking is adequate. <br />The sign will be internally lighted. The mechanical equipment <br />will be inside the "L" of the building and will be fenced. <br />The area at the top of the stairs will be enlarged. The rest- <br />rooms will conform to State code requirements. R. Perla <br />moved to approve the plans of the Csapo Dental Laboratory in- <br />cluding the signage and landscaping with the recommendations <br />of the Architectural Board of Review as part of the approval, <br />seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. <br />(3) Honda-Yamaha (Mongello Assoc.), 28436 Lorain Rd. <br />Building Commissioner Gundy introduced the plans, and the <br />Commission studied the five recommendations of the Archi- <br />tectural Board of Review. Kevin Leo of Mongello Associates <br />and J. Bryan,the owner, stated that they will comply with <br />the recomnendations. The color rendering of the signs was <br />not available at this meeting but had been submitted to.the <br />Architectural Board of Review. The signs will conform to the <br />Ordinance and the pole sign is the existing sign at the <br />present location. J. Brown moved to approve the building <br />plans including the signage as submitted by Honda Yamaha <br />provided that all the conditions set forth by the Architec- <br />tural Board of Review be met, seconded by T. Morgan, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />(4) Shell Oil Co. (John Coburn), 27600 Lorain Rd. <br />No recommendations had been made by the Architectural <br />Board of Review. J. Roberts moved to approve the <br />plans of the Shell Oil Co. canopy as submitted, seconded <br />by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />(5) The Party Shop (A. Karouzos), 27600 Lorain Rd. <br />Building Commissioner Gundy explained the plans. This <br />addition is to enclose a fenced in area that is now used <br />for storage. R. Perla Moved to refer the Party Shop addi- <br />tion to the Architectural Board of Review, seconded by R. <br />Bugala, and unanimously approved. <br />IV.
