ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Gorris called the Meeting to order at 8:07 p.m. <br />Present: R. Bugala, T. Morgan, J. Prokasy, J. Roberts, J. Brown, <br />and B. Gorris <br />Absent: R. Perla <br />Also Present: Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott and Recording <br />Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />R. Bugala moved to approve,the Minutes of April 28, 1981, as presented, <br />seconded by J. Prokasy, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />No Items. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />(1) Deerpath Subdivision No. 6 Preliminary Plan (Revised). <br />Note that this is a revision of the proposed plan.reviewed <br />and rejected by Planning Commission on April 14, 1981.. ., <br />Located North of I-480, west of Clague Rd. and east of the <br />existing eastern end of Elm Road. Taenty-three (23) sublots <br />proposed, and includes a proposed realignment and extension <br />of Elm Road within the development site, but not through to <br />Clague Road. <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott introduced the Subdivision <br />Plat and explained that this revised plan does not include an <br />egress on to Clague Road, however, the length of one of the cul- <br />de-sacs does not conform to the Code since it is approximately <br />700' and the Code requires a maximum of 500' and one point on <br />the other cul-de-sac does not have the 120' diameter required. <br />He also pointed out that sublot 10, permanent parcel 237-22-10 <br />is not owned by the developer but according to Mr. Clingman, <br />the owner is in agreement with the plan. Mr. McDermott stated <br />that this non-conforming situation is possibly not an item
