The Commission does not have the right to approve an <br />item which does,not conform to the Ordinances. J. Prokasy moved <br />that the Planning Commission not consider Deerpath Subdivision <br />#6 as proposed because it does not meet the current Platting <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, seconded by R. Bugala, <br />and unanimously approved. At this point the adjacent property <br />owners requested to be heard. They questioned if Mr. Clingman <br />had the right to continually bring items before the Board when <br />they do not conform.
