The deviation from the <br />City's minimum.60' right-of-way requirement on the portion between PPN'S 237- <br />-22-8 (residue) and 237-22-9 to avoid a structure take had been discussed with <br />local officials and they.had accepted the 50' width for-this portion of the re- <br />location. <br />We sympathize with you in your efforts to develop this area but we hope you <br />understand our position in this regard. <br />Yours truly, <br />THOMAS M.
