Bugala moved that'the Planning Commission <br />continue the National City Bank Building in committee pending <br />receipt of a revised layout and additional Safety Department <br />report, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />(1) North Olmsted United Methodist Church Subdivision <br />Located west of Dover Center Road and south of Benwood Circle. <br />Five new sublots by splitting off the west section of permanent <br />parcel no. 232-20-3 and joining portions of this west section <br />to permanent parcel numbers,232-20-26, 27, 28, and 29 which <br />are four (4) residential lots on Benwood Circle. <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott advised that the church <br />was selling off a back section to the adjacent property owners. <br />J. Prokasy moved to approve the North Olmsted United Methodist <br />Church as presented, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously <br />approved. (2) Alice Rhine Subdivision <br />Located on the west side of Clague Road, south'of Frank St. <br />Tao (2) sublots from existing parcel no. 231-25-4. <br />(Variance was granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals 6/3/81). <br />Mrs. Rhine explained the proposal. There are 2 houses on one <br />1ot. The variance had been granted for less than 60' frontage <br />and a Special Permit because of the distance between the houses <br />is slightly less than 15 feet. R. Perla moved to approve the - <br />Alice Rhine Subdivision, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />(3) Deei path subdivision No. 6 Preliminary Plan (Revised). <br />Located north of I-480 and east of the existing eastern end <br />of Elm Road. Sixteen (16) sublots proposed, and includes a <br />proposed extension and realignment. of Elm Rd. within the <br />development site, and terminating with one (1) cul-de-sac. <br />D. McDermott explained that Mr. Clingman either owned or had <br />option to buy all the property involved, and that part of <br />this plan is over exsiting dedicated right-of-way and at <br />some later time will have to be vacated. The cul-de-sac on . <br />the preliminary plan appears to conform to code. Only one <br />cul-de-sac is planned at this time. The balance of the pro- <br />perty will be landlocked according to this plan. Assistant <br />Law Director D. Ryan advised that the Planning Commission can- <br />not approve a Plat which will landlock other property, even <br />though the landlocked property is owned by the developer. <br />J. Prokasy moved that the plan Deerpath Subdivision #6 be <br />?. <br />?
