Gundy advised that the Safety Depart-
ment had not completed their report as requested by the Plan-
ning Commission on September 8, 1981. In reference to the
Architectural Board of Review Minutes, J. Prokasy pointed out
that even though the grassy area is zoned commercial, it was
still lllegal to park cars on any area that is not specifically
paved for parking, but since cars were parked there only a
few times a year, he thought that the neighbors would prefer
to keep the area in grass rather than having it paved. J.
Roberts moved to approve the Danny Boy Farm Market addition
and to refer it to BZD and to request that the Safety Depart-
ment report be forwarded to the BZD Committee, seconded by J.
Prokasy, and unanimously approved.
