There has been no discussion with Olmsted Township where a portion of the project is located, however, the de- velopers are considering petitioning for annexation of that portion to North Olmsted. J. Prokasy.suggested that since the report had just been received the developers might want more time to study and to respond to all the points made; he offered to meet with the group to help them understand the proceedure involved in rezoning, to determine what the zoning s.hould be and to explain the mixed use dis.trict re- strictions. It was also pointed out that-_there.is no zoning . in North Olmsted to cover this type cluster development, how- ever, the Regional Planning.report of June, 1980 did recom= •'? _ mend this type of zoning for-this area. .
