"How does the development in-Olmsted Township conform.to local
zoning."
The existing zoning is for single family residential. The master plan calls
for single fami-ly faculty.homes and the main parking area, to be located
in the township area. i4 small part of the college building also extends
over the ci ty I i ne .
5. "What is the precise plan for the residential porfiion of the development
in terms of bui Iding design, unit size, number of units, percent elderly
vs non-elderly."
Please see drawings for details. The King's Village is designed to contain
approximafiely 150 homes for people 55 years of age or older. Each unit '
is 1500 sq feet, including a single car garage. The only homes not designed
for this group, but simi lar in design are homes for the mentally retarded,
and homes for facu Ity .
6. "What types of restrictions will Christ the King impose on the deeds for
residences in the complex."
The only restriction will be that, upon death of moving, title reverts to the
King's Village at an agreed upon price.
One other point which was raised on Page 2 of the same memo, concerns hospitals
treating persons suffering from mental disabi.lities of comminicable diseases. No
hospital, of any kind, is part of this plan..
We hope this has adequately answered the guestions raised. Any additional
information will be promptly supplied in as much detail as is possible at
this stage of the project. cc: Jack Young
Bob Quaintance
fi le: 8157/Blue/C&T
Richard
Fleischman
Architects Inc.
