?r <br />: <br />' o , • <br />PLANNING COMMISSION NOVEMBER 10, 1981 PAGE 3 <br />(2) Great Northern Corporate Center water main easements. <br />Proposal is for the vacation of part of an existing water <br />main easement and the granting of a new easement for the <br />same purpose on parcel no. 23614-3, located at the north- <br />east corner of the intersection of Country Club Blvd. with <br />Great Northern Blvd. This proposal to realign the easement <br />is to prevent interference or encroachment with the ease- <br />ment at the time of future site development. <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott explained that this is <br />a water main easement on private property, and it was the <br />request of the City Engineer, that this be brought to the <br />attention of the Planning Commission. The vacation and re- <br />alignment of the easement is at the request of the Cleveland <br />Water Department and is necessary prior to the development <br />of the Great Northern Corporate Center. J. Brown moved to <br />accept the Great Northern Corporation Center request for ex- <br />tinguishment of easement and realignment of the new easement <br />as request on parcel no. 236-14-3, located at the northeast <br />corner of the intersection of Country Club Blvd. with Great <br />Northern Blvd., seconded by J.
