Assistant Law Director
J. Dubelko stated that since no multi-family use was included
in the Mixed Use District "B", no referendum vote would be nec-
essary. R. Perla moved that the Planning Commission recommend
approval of Ord. 81-133, seconded by J. Prokasy, and unanimously
approved.
The discussion was then directed to the Concept Plans. It
was questioned if the housing units must have individulally
platted lots, or if there would be one lot with only the
houses deeded to the owners. Mr. Dubelko stated that the
Ordinance read one lot; so he believed that only the air
space would be granted with the deed, not the land. R.
Perla moved to refer the concept plans of the Christ The
King Community to the Architectural Board of Review, seconded
by J. Prokasy, and unanimously approved.
V.
