The Board had some <br />questions on the renovation of the existing store. However, <br />this grop.osal is for the addition only. It was stated that <br />the brick will match the exxsting brick on the Shopping Center. <br />C. Petroski moved to approve the rear addition only pending <br />further drawings on the fron existing section, seconded by <br />R. Parry, and unanimously approved. <br />(c) North Olmsted United Methodist Church, 4600 Dover Center Rd. <br />Proposal to add a Community facility to an existing church. <br />The site plans andz°proposed addition was explained by Thomas Moore, <br />Architect. Complete building.:plans were not available, however rSr. <br />Moore showed color renderings of the elevations, and explained the <br />concept of the addition and how the third and final addition could <br />be tied in if necessary at a future time. He explained that the <br />Board of Zoning appeals required a living hedge (evergreen) from <br />the retension basin to the corner of the buildinga The church <br />will be req uired by the Engineering Department to put in an under- <br />ground retension basin.. A 5 x 3 grouted wood sign will be in- <br />stalled. No exterior heating devices would be used. Mr. Williams <br />suggested changes in the parking lot to allow for the continous <br />flow of traffic. This can be accomplished by: 1) moving the lot <br />about 5' northward, using 9` parking spaces with 62z' total width,
