ROLL CALL: <br />Present: R. Parry and D. Lailliams <br />Absent: C. Petroski and M. Case <br />Also Present: Re cording Secretary B. Oring <br />III, CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of December 17, 1979, were approved as submitted. <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: <br />(a) Signs: <br />Olmsted Plaza, Phase 4-B Marjack Development (Bob Cutler Signs) <br />25401 & 25461 Lorain Rd. 2 Pole signs (Continued from Meeting of <br />12/17/79). This was continued until the sign criteria for the <br />entire development was submitted to the Board. According to <br />C. Hixson this is the sign c ri.teria for both Phase 4-B on Lorain <br />Road and 4-A on Great Northern Blvd., and that the individual <br />tenants of the plaza will have to apply to the Board for the <br />sign faces. The Sign Criteria states "Signs. to be internally <br />illuminated: Height will be 30";Length will be determined <br />at 1.5 feet times the frontage. They will have a white back- <br />ground: the color of the copy and the copy will be determined <br />by the tenant at a later date. Approved and recommended to <br />Planning Commission the sign criteria for the Marjack Phase 4-B, sign facia, standards and the two pole signs on the con- <br />dition that individual signage will come back to the Board for <br />approval. <br />Carpet Warehouse (Bob Cutler Signs, 24601 Lorain Rd. Continued <br />from the December 17, 1979 meeting until all potential vi.olations <br />have been examined by the Building Department. A motion was <br />made to table the signs until a report is received from the <br />Building Department. <br />LaValle's Restaurant (Impact Signs), 25984 Lorain Rd. Motion <br />made to app rove and recommen d to Plannin g Commission the change- <br />able copy sign as presented.
