r?
_j.
ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEtiJ
JANUARY 21, 1980 PAGE 4
the restaurant would have a sprinkler system. Mr. Parry
stated that the Board still had nothing to act on and that
the dimensions on the original plans were apparently incor-
rect. D. Williams moved to continue the TGI Frida_y proposal
until the February 18th meeting and request that the developer
be present to resubmit plans, seconded by R. Parry, and unan-
imous ly app rove d.
(b) Police Station Privacy Screen, 27243 Lorain Rd. Captain
Marsh of the Police Department explained that they had a
budgetary problem and that the limit for the fence was approx-
imately $2,500. He stated that he had no alternative plans
at this time and asked for suggestions from the Board. The
Board still insisted that a basketweave, residential fence
was notappropriate. Their suggestion was that a 1 x 1 guage
chain link fence, coated brown or black, with a regal privit
hedge be installed. It was also suggested that a 6° fence might
not be necessary, and that a 5' or 4' fence might be satisfactory.
This type chain link fence would be less likely to be blown down
by the wind, it would be less likely to be defaced, and that
there would be less maintenance.
VI. ADJOURNMEYIT:
The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
K. Yarry, Chairman
B. Oring, Recording Secretary
