ROLL CALL: <br />The Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Present: R. Parry and C. Petroski <br />Absent: M. Case and D. Williams <br />Also Present: B. Oring, Recording Secretary <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />C. Petroski moved to approve the Minutes of November 17, 1980, <br />seconded by R. Parry, and unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />(a) Mattress Warehouse (Bob Cutler Signs, Inc.?4698 Great <br />Northern Blvd. Wall Sign <br />Approved as submitted <br />(b) Suburban Auto Body (added to agenda) (Bob Cutler Signs, Inc), <br />4960 Dover Center Rd. Ground Sign <br />Approved as submitted <br />(c) JRU Pools (J..Uranis), 29454 Lorain Rd. Wall Sign <br />Approved with the condition that a U Channel encase the <br />perimeter of the sign, that the sign be mounted on the upper <br />bulkhead of the building, and that the sign will be illum- <br />inated by two fixtureso <br />, (d) Pat's Ceramics (A-Alert Signs), 27715 Lorain Rd. 3 Wall Signs <br />Approved as submitted <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />(a) Jamestown Apartments, Phase 7(David Margolius), Columbia <br />and Brookpark Roads. <br />C. Petroski moved to approve the landscape plans with the <br />following conditions: 1) That there be at least 2 groupings <br />of evergreens on thesoutYside of the garages, 2j. that the number <br />of evergreens in the cul-de-sac be reduced and consider placing <br />some type ornamental tree in cul-de-sac, seconded by R. Parry, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />(b) Csapo Dental Laboratory (Thomas J. Ziska), 25710 Lorain Rd. <br />No representative present
