Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33, Section 1153.02 (Variances granted 10/10/79-expired- <br />Original application for attached garage. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was explained that the new request <br />was for a detached garage and that the other variances had been <br />granted October 10, 1979 but that they have expired. C. Remmel <br />moved to grant the variances, seconded by L. Horvath, and unani- <br />mou'sly approved. Variances granted. <br />12. Curtis L. Dunlap, 5790 Porter Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 3 ft sideyard'variance <br />for detached garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-C. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. The agenda was amended to read 5892 <br />Burns Rd. The adjacent property owner was present and in favor <br />of the variance. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded <br />by W. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />13. Joseph Perez (Cascade Pools), 6678 Wedgewood Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 2' side yard variance <br />for pool steps on corner lot. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Seetion <br />1159.02. Also request variance for location of fence on corner <br />lot.(beyond building line) will be 90% open (6' fence required <br />for pool). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section-1151-.04. Originally <br />heard on October 1, 1980. <br />Chairman.Ledvina called all interested parties-before the Board. <br />The oath.was administered. A variance was denied for a solid fence <br />on October 1, 1980. This request is now for a chain link fence <br />(90% open) to be placed 4' from the sidewalk and a 2 ft. variance <br />for the location of pool steps which will be 2 ft. beyond the <br />building line. Mr. Perez would like to change his request for the <br />fence to 2' from the sidewalk. It was decided to stay with the <br />original request because the residents who had objected to a <br />solid fence were not present and the notices had not indicated a <br />change of location. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance for a <br />chain link fence (90% open) 4 ft. from the sidewalk and a 2' <br />variance for lochtion_of pool steps, seconded by L. Horvath, and <br />unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />14. R. & T. Catanza, 6035 Stafford. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 9' rear yard variance for <br />addition.
