Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. This is for a garage addition to be <br />used as a screened in porch and storage area for pool equipment. <br />It was pointed out that the lot is 500"deep. L. Horvath moved <br />to grant the variance, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously <br />approved. Variance granted. 9. Bauer Development Co., Kennedy Acres Subdivision, Located south <br />of the intersection of Whitethorn Ave. and Kennedy Ridge. Request <br />for variance (1133.13). Request 10' front set back variance for <br />sublots 16, 17, and 18. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1159.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. Mr. Bauer_presented the plans and <br />explained the request to the neighbors. There are 3 sublots on <br />the cul-de-sac which need 40' front set backs in order to keep <br />the proposed homes further away from garages on adjacent condo- <br />minium property. There is ample square foot area to conform to <br />zoning ordinances. C. Remmel moved to grant the variances, <br />seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Variances <br />granted. <br />10. Bauer Development Co., Permanent Parcel 235-18-14,.located on the <br />South side of Bellevue Dr. east of 27137 Bellevue. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 28' front set back var- <br />iance. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1159.01. Also request <br />28' rear yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62=33,-Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. This is an amended request from the <br />original which was denied on October 1, 1980. Mr. Bauer advised <br />that there is actually an additional 5' between the sidewalk and <br />the property line and since he is asking for a 22' front set back <br />this would give a 27' total front yard. He then requested that <br />his request be amended to request a 40° rear yard variance, in <br />order to construct.a larger home on the property if a prospective <br />buyer wanted it. The request was explained.to the neighbors who <br />were opposed to the variance. After further discussion, Mr. <br />Bauer decided to go back to the original request for a 28' rear <br />yard variance. C. Remuel-moved to grant the variance for a 28' <br />front yard variance and a 28' rear yard variance, seconded by <br />D. Ledvina,.and unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />11. Charles F. Dunlap, sublot 452, Permanent Parcel 235-12-124 on <br />the west side of Decker Rd. between 5672 and 5648 Decker. Request <br />for variance (1133.13). Request 15' front setback variance.
