Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board.
, The oath was administered. Building Commissioner Gundy was called
from another meeting to explain the request for the ruling. This
is a combined use since cars cannot back out of the proposed garage
° addition without'backing into the joint easement. There will also
be a fence'on the property at the end of this easement. C. Remmel
? questioned if it was legal to put a fence across the easement.
' This question is not the issue before the Board and must be decided
between the businesses involved in the easement. It was pointed
out that the cars which now park outside can be parked in the
garage. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance as requested, seconded
by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Request granted.
?
-f. .
