Ledvina, and W. Wasniak <br />Absent: E. DeVoto . <br />Also'Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Buil ding Commissioner Gundy, <br />Council Members Y. Petrigac, J. Logan and D. McKay <br />Recording Secretary B. 0 ring. <br />C. Remmel moved to approve the Minutes of May 7, 1980 as submitted, <br />seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. <br />1. William Rooney, 5034 Dover Center Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request for Special Permit to add to <br />non-conforming building. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. This request-is for a Special Permit for <br />commercial property. L. Horvath moved to grant the Special Permit, <br />seconded by C.
