CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />MINUTES - JUNE 11, 1980 <br />Chairman Ledvina called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: C. Remmel, L. Horvath, D. Ledvina, and W. Wasniak <br />Absent: E. DeVoto . <br />Also'Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Buil ding Commissioner Gundy, <br />Council Members Y. Petrigac, J. Logan and D. McKay <br />Recording Secretary B. 0 ring. <br />C. Remmel moved to approve the Minutes of May 7, 1980 as submitted, <br />seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. <br />1. William Rooney, 5034 Dover Center Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request for Special Permit to add to <br />non-conforming building. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. This request-is for a Special Permit for <br />commercial property. L. Horvath moved to grant the Special Permit, <br />seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved.Special Permit granted. <br />? 2. P aul Rambasek, 3980 Lydgate. <br />' Request for varian ce (1133.13). Request 3` re ar yard set b ack. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance, seconded <br />by L. Horvath, arid unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />- 3e George Wasmer, 23347 Mastick Rd. <br />Request'for variance (1133.13). Request 1572 sq. ft. variance for <br />additional garagee Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04 Para D. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. It was noted that this lot is almost 7!?k acres. <br />' L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded by W. Wasniak, and <br />unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />4. Edw ard P. Durkin, 23261 Mastick Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request Special Permit to add to <br />non-conforming dwelling. Violation of Ord 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />• Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. W. Wasniak moved to grant the Special Permit, <br />seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously app roved. Special Permit granted. <br />? 5. Horvath Builders, Inc, (Emil Horvath) S/L 9 Newton Circle ' <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 8. 5' rear yard variance. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01.
