ROLI, CALL : <br />Chairman Bugala called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: B. Gorris, T. Morgan, R. Perla, J. Roberts, J. Brown, and <br />R. Bugala. . <br />Absent: J. Prokasy <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant Law Director <br />D. Ryan, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, and <br />Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />T. Morgan moved that the Minutes of July 22, 1980 be approved as •' <br />submitted, seconded by B. Gorris, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BtiILDING DEPARTIKENT REQUESTS: <br />(a) The signs were studied and discussed in conjunction with the <br />Architectural Board of Review Minutes of August 18, 1980. <br />B. Gorris moved to accept the Shell Oil Sign and the Lawson's sign <br />as presented, seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimously approved. <br />The Commission then discussed the Architectural Board of Review <br />suggestion that any item requiring a variance come before them <br />prior to going to the Board of Zoning Appeals. There is no way <br />this can b-e done according to the Ordinances. <br />(b) North Olmsted Carriage Shop (William Rooney), 5034 Dover Center Rd. <br />R. Mongello; Architect, presented the revised plans which include <br />the recommendations of the Architectural Board of Review. J. <br />Roberts moved to approve the North Olmsted Carriage Shop Revised <br />plans, seconded by R. Perla, and unanimously approved. <br />(c). Bryant and Stratton Business School Building, Brookpark.Rd. Ext. <br />Mr. Hatters of Ray Fogg-explained that the recommendations of <br />the Architectural Board of Review are included (handicapped ramp <br />not shown, but will be included)-except-the--recommendation that <br />the security type windows in the rear of the-building-be included. <br />It was decided to hear the subdivision-proposal at this time <br />(Item 1 under NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott presented the proposal <br />and advised that copies of the easement for the driveway had been <br />submitted to the Engineering Department. <br />J.
