ti <br />s <br />r ' <br />' PLANNING COMMISSION SEPTEMBER 9, 1980 PAGE 2 <br />into 2 sublots for the proposed Bryant and Stratton Business <br />School, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimouslyapproved. <br />B. Gorris meved to approve the building plans for the Bryant <br />and Stratton Business School as submitted with the recommenda- <br />tions of the Architectural Board of Review except for the <br />security type windows, seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />(d) D& J Glass Co., 27753 Lorain Rd. <br />Mr. Hofstetter of Hofstetter Construction presented the revised <br />plans.-which include the recommendations of the Arcliitectural <br />Board of Review. The pump islands will be removed. <br />J. Perla moved to approve the D& J Glass Co. plans with the <br />requirements as stated by the Architectural Board of Review, <br />seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />(e) Red Lobster Inn, 24001 Lorain Rd. <br />R. Lance presented the plans for the addition. The sidewalk <br />will be extended and the parking is adequate. <br />J. Roberts moved to approve the plans of the Red Lobster Inn <br />as recommended by the Architectural Board of Review, seconded <br />by J. Perla, and unanimously approved. <br />(f) Women's Federal Savings and Loan Association, 25290 Lorain Rd. <br />Mr. M. Manders, Architect presented the site plan.and building <br />plans which have been revised to include the Architectural <br />Board of Review's recommendations. The existing gas tanks <br />will be capped and filled. Entrance has been changed and the <br />traffic pattern will be one way. A 7' set back planting <br />strip has been included and parking will abutt the building. <br />A landscape plan will be resubmitted to the Architectural <br />Board of Review. The signs are Iocated on the site plan. <br />T. Morgan moved to approve the Women's Eederal Savings and <br />Loan Building addition, site plan and signage consistant:with <br />the recomnendation as indicated by-the Architectural Board <br />of Review Minutes of the August lII, 1980 Minutes with the <br />provision that the landscape plan be submitted to the Archi- <br />tectural Board of Review but.not subject to Planning -Com- <br />mission's further review, seconded by J. Roberts, and unan- <br />imously approved. <br />(g) Tuff-Kote Rustproofing, (Charles A. Halleen, B.B. & C. Realty), <br />5442 Porter Rd. Mr. Charles Halleen represented Tuff Kote Rustproofing. <br />Building Gommissioner Gundy presented the plans to replace a window
