t <br />?' ; ? ? . <br />?. ? . <br />` PLANNING COMMISSION - SEPTEMBER 9, 1980 PAGE 4 <br />This retension system will be reviewed with the final plat. <br />The neighbors also would like a review cf the traffic situation <br />on Walter Road by the Safety'Director to determine the feasi- <br />bility of putting in a 4 way stop where Walter Road intersects <br />with Woodside and Florence. <br />J. Roberts moved to recommend approval of the Preliminary Plan <br />of the Vienna Woods Subdivision No. 2 to the BZD Committee and <br />requests that the Safety Director look at the traffic situation <br />on Walter Rd, specifically the Florence, Walter and Woodside Dr. intersection, seconded by R. Perla, and unanimously approved. <br />(3) Limpert-Pierson Rezoning Request - proposal is to change the <br />zoning of the south portion (approximately 73 feet) of parcels <br />234-24-11 and 234-24-12 from Retail Business, General to Class <br />B, Single Residence. Location is at 28755 Lorain Rd., on west <br />side of Park Ridge Drive. Reason for rezoning is to enable <br />compliance with zoning code for proposed Limpert-pierson Sub- <br />division (Item No. 4) <br />(4) Limpert-pierson Subdivision - located at 28755 Lorain Rd. <br />(west side of Park Ridge Drive and Lorain Road). Realignment <br />of parcels 234-24-11 and 234-24-12 into two (2) sublots <br />(commercial on north and residential on south, <br />Items 3& 4 heard together. This proposal is to resubdivide 2 <br />parcels into 2 sublots and rezone the back part of the new <br />sublot facing Park Ridge into residential from commercial <br />zoning. <br />B. Gorris moved to rezone the south portion (approximately 73 <br />feet) of parcels 234-24-11 and 234-24-12 from retail business <br />general to class B, residential, seconded by T. Morgan, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />B. Gorris moved to realign the parcel 234-24-11 and 234-24-12 <br />into 2 sublots as presented on the zoning map dated August;._ <br />1980, seconded by.T.-Morgan, and unanimously approved. _ <br />(5) Arthur-A. Ally Resubdivi:sion No: l- located=on Northeast corner <br />of Columbia & Mastick-Roads - Combining of three (3) parcels, <br />237=19-17, 237-19-32, and 237-19-33 into one (1) parcel. <br />(6) 'Arthur A. Ally Resubdivision No. 2- Located on the North side of <br />Mastick Road between Grace Ave. & Columbia Road. Comining of <br />two (2) parcels, 237-19-23 and 237-19-34 into one (1) parcel. <br />Items 5& 6 heard together. These lots are all in an A residential <br />area.
