Prokasy moved to approve the Walnut Ridge Multi- <br />? family Development, Kennedy Ridge and Coliunbia Rds. with the <br />single boulevard driveway, the center traffic divider in the <br />entrance to be set back at least 60' from the right of way, and <br />to include a 5T sidewalk on the westerly side of the driveway <br />entrance, and also a 5° wooden fence on the southerly property <br />line and the westerly property line going up to the building <br />line nearest Kennedy Ridge, seconded by B. Gorris, and unani- <br />mous ly app rove d. <br />TGI Friday, Great Northern Mall. The Developer was not presente <br />? The proposal was discussed in 'conjimction with the Architectural <br />Review Board Minutes. At thy Architectural Review Board meeting <br />on December 17, 1979 the Board had requested resubmittal of plans, <br />no representative of the Developer was present at the next meeting, <br />January 21, 1980. P4r. Shur, owner of Great Northern Mall appeared <br />before the Board to request reconsideration of the plans. The <br />Architectural Board of Review moved to continue the TGI Friday pro- <br />posal until the February 18th meeting, and requested that the de- <br />veloper be present to resubmi.t plans. B. Gorris moved that based <br />on the fact that the plans were originally rejected by the Archi- <br />tectural Board of Review on December 17th with a request that the <br />plans be resubmitted showing certain changes, and that since there <br />was no reply by the Developer that the Planning Commission also <br />reject the plans seconded by R. Perla. Roll call on motion: <br />Messrs. Gorris, Perla, Morgan, Prokasy, Bugala, and Mrs. Brown, <br />Aye. Mr. Roberts, Nay. Motion passed. Proposal rejected. <br />IV, NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />, <br />Request from Forest-Laurell Woods Civic Association for a de- <br />velopment sign in the public right-of-way at the Porter Road- <br />Forestwood Parkway entrance to the subdivision. Letter from <br />Safety Director stated that there were no objections to placing <br />the sign at the proposed location. J.
