McDermott advised that the retension <br />system that is now being used does not meet present City standards <br />and that the builder will probably be required to put in an under- <br />ground basin even though there is an existing systemo Mrm Moore <br />stated in answer to the letter that they have not calculated the <br />drainage as yet, so there is no way that anyone could know how <br />the water is to be drained. Mr. Bugala stated that he sees no <br />objection to a curb being installed on the parking lot. Mr. Moore <br />also stated that he feels there is sufficient space to plant the <br />hedge required by the Board of Zoning Appeals. R. Perla moved to <br />re:fer the plans for the North Olmsted United Methodist Church and <br />the correspondence and pictures to the Architectural Board of <br />Review, seconded by B. Gorris, and unanimously approved. <br />IV.
