The vehicle entrances and exits onto Lorain Road mus t be limited to RIGHT TURNS ONLY into and out of this p roperty. Using Dover Center Road into and out of this property will also add to the congestion between Mill Road and Lorain Road. We must suggest LEFT TURN PROHIBITION on weekdays, 4:30. ---6030 p.m. and Saturdays from 12:00 Noon = 6:30 p.m, based on volume of traffic already there which creates the stacking of vehicles from Lorain Road.back to Brookpark Extension. In answer for my opinion on possible traffic problems in locating a drive-in beverage store at 27100 Lorain Rd. w:ith an exitti on Dover Road just north of Lawson's; Under normal traffic conditionse in this area, any additional entrance-exit traffic on Lorain Road adds to the present conges- tion problems. The same may be said for pover Road.
