Ztaenty one (21) sublots proposed
from e}dsting parcels 235-4-1, 18, 21. Note that this subdivision is
a revision to a similar subdivision which was reviewed by Planning
Commissi,on and disapp roved on March 28, 1978.
Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott introduced the plans and a let-
ter from the Engineering Department stating the deficiencies:
Intersection with Kennedy Ridge is approximately 65 feet from
whitethorn intersection: 125 feet minimum distance is required.
"Proposed Lake" on Sublots 17,18, 19, & 20 is actually an open
retention basin, instead of an underground and closed retention
basin, as required
Discharge from retention system is in to an open ditch instead of
extending and connecting to a sewer.
f Sublots 6, 7&;8, as proposed, do not have sufficient area as
; required by the Zoning Code, for "1B" Residence Districts (10,850
, square feet required; 10,500 proposed).
i
j ? .
