"Tlie owner is
planning to purchase some adjoining land for extra parking .
. but the sale is not complete and there is no legal sub-
division as yeto However, since the parking area is still
' sufficient without this land, it was necessary to delete
this section in order to approve the addition. The neighbors.
viewed the planso They objected to the dirt and trash at
the back of the property. It was explained that this ad-
dition will hold the motorcycles that are- now housed outside
the building. Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott stated
,,. .;- that he had requested a.bonded survey on the property to ..
determine the exact section which is to be added. The plans
.. . : .. :daere ;amended to delete the proposed addition to the parking
lota' . The- tmderground=gas.-_tanks are-still on the--
site and the developers would like to keep it for use at a
future time. These tanks.would have to be removed if there
are no plans £or their use.naa. The traffic pattern for both
. a car wash and a beverage.store is still a concern especially
at this_intersection. .'Tm Morgan moved to refer the site plan
of the Minotti's Car Wash and Drive Thru Beverage Store to the
Architectural Board of Review and also to the Safety Depart-
ment for review again of its recommendations and their com-
pliance with them, and also to acknowledge the fact that the Planning Commission is concerned with the existance of the
imdergroimd gasoline storage tanks and .their removal, seconded
by J.
