The re- <br />quirements which should be included in this project are as follows: <br />Rumble Strips-on drive and parking area, because many <br />young people will be walking to and from this rink. <br />The speed of vehicles through this area must be con- <br />trolled. <br />2: Pro ert Fencin should be included in the Plan which <br />will o fer some protection to the adjacent property <br />owners along`all sides and including the driveway to <br />Lorain Road. Many young people will find the shortest <br />distance between two points even atthe expense of the <br />property owner's`property and trespassing through their <br />yards. <br />3. A Traffic Li ht-with metal mast arms will be needed at the <br />Lorain Roa rance.
