Mill Road Pavement is very narrow (18 feet) in a 40 foot <br />rig t-o -way. this road were phe standard 28 foot <br />pavement, we would not be ab_le to have sidewalks on both <br />sides. <br />11. Fire Hydrants (3) needed around building. <br />Furthermore, I am concerned with the added vehicle volume to an <br />overloaded situation at Dover Center $ Lorain and Mill Road & <br />Dover Center. Also, we have very dimly lighted areas which include <br />Mill Road, North Park Drive and North Porter Road. These streets <br />will receive heavy vehicle and on-foot traffic. Our Mill Road <br />was orginally a dirt road with an asphalt over-lay.
