?
PLANNING COMMISSION JUNE 24, 1980 PAGE 4
that would tie into these improvements would then par- ,
ticipate in those costs on a per lot basis. Mr. McDermott
advised that he did not think that the City would grant that
and that at the point of dedication the City would allow
abutting properties to tie into it. Mr. Weaver then re-
quested that the City of North Olmsted notify him as to the
steps that the City intends to take in regard to Mr. Bauer's
Development Plan that will affect him as an individual pro-
perty owner. In repsonse to other inquiries, the other
property owners were advised that the Developer was not
planning to raise.the level of the property, unless abso-
lutely necessary, and that no water would drain onto any
other property (the City would not approve such a plan) ,
that the exi.sting sanitary sewer will be able to accept the
additional sewage, and also that this is a"B" residential
district and that some of the lots are larger than the
required minimums. They were also advised that no under-
grounds springs had been fotmd and that the City was check-
ing the property for additional water problems. They
were advised that the next step for these plans would be to
go to the Building, Zoning and Development Comtaittee of
Council and Council. It was clarified that the high pres-
sure pipe was to discharge storm water from the underground
reten tion basin. J. Roberts pointed out that sublot 24
would landlock other property. D. McDermott advised that
this property is landlocked by ownership and not just be-
cause of s/1 24. It was decided that Building, Zoning and
Development Committee would be advised by Vice Ch airman
Gorris to see if something could be worked so as not to
landlock these adjoining properties,so that they could be
made b uildable. R. Perla moved to refer Kennedy Acres Sub-
division, Preliminary Alan to the Building, Zoning, and
Development Committee of Couricil with the recommendations
that they review all possible variances and possible uses
proposed, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved.
V. COMMiJNIGATIONS :
Ordinance 80-39. J. Roberts moved to place Ord. 80-39 in
committee, seconded by T. Mo rgan, and im animously approved.
VI. NEW BUSINESS:
It was decided that the Planning Commission would take August
for its vacation month.
VII. OLD BUSINESS:
No Items
