Gundy introduced the proposal to <br />reinstall garage doors to the existing building which had <br />originally had them. The plans are preliminary., and the <br />owner is requesting referral to the Architectural Board of <br />Review be eliminated. It was the opinion of the Commi.ssion <br />that since this property is on Lorain Rd. and the doors <br />will be opening onto Lorain Rd., the Architectural Board of <br />Review's approval is necessary. It was decided that detailed <br />plans for the renovation should be resubmitted to Planning <br />Commission and then referred to the'Architectural Board of <br />Review. . . <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />(a) John M. and Virginia R. Sedmack Subdivision: <br />Combining of two parcels, 232-29-22 and 232-29-95 into one <br />(1) parcel. Westside of Shelly Drive, approximately midway <br />between Defoe and Byron Drives. <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott explained the subdivision <br />is to combine two parcels of land both of which are owned by <br />Mr. Sedmack. R. Perla moved to approve the Sedmack sub- <br />division, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />X. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />No Items. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No Items <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Ord. 79-139. D. McDermott stated that the Ordinance still needed <br />revision and that he recommends that no action be taken at this time.• <br />It was the decision of the Commission that the Ordinance remain <br />in committee until a complete report is received from the Engineering <br />Department. <br />It was also decided that it was not necessary for a Planning <br />Commission Member to attend all BZD Committee Meetings. <br />VII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Sign Committee did attend the public hearing for the Sign Ordinance.
