Perla, and unanimously approved. <br />(b) Church of St. Clarence Subdivision, 30337 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to build church in General Retail Business Area. <br />Since there is a subdivision of land required it was de- <br />cided to hear Item (2) of NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />Church of St. Clarence Subdivision. Located on the north <br />side of Lorain Road east of Barton Rd. Combining of two <br />(2) parcels, 233-9-44 and 233-9-5 into one (1) parcel for <br />use as a proposed church site. ' <br />City Engineer R. Zurawski explained the Subdivision and <br />location. The existing home on the property will be re- <br />tained for a rectory. B. Gorris moved to accept the <br />Church of St. Clarence Subdivision, located on the north <br />side of Lorain Road, east of Barton Road combining of <br />two parcels, 233-9-44 and 233-9-5 into one (1) parcel, <br />seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimously approved. <br />J. Lipaj, Architect, and Fr. Flynn, pastor, explained that <br />they were presenting the total master plan but the complex <br />is to be completed in 3 planned stages. These are preliminary - <br />plans but the developers are seeking approval of the site <br />plan in order to start construction of the parking area and <br />to prepare to build in the Spring. R. Perla moved to refer <br />the Church of St. Clarence master plan and site plan to the <br />Architectural Board of Review, seconded by R. Perla, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />(c) Play Palace, 26963 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to convert former M& K Bakery for use as electronic <br />game -roQm. <br />Mr. K. Lloyd, the developer, explained the proposal for the <br />game room and presented affidavits from other locations <br />stating that this is a well run, controlled operation <br />Building Commissioner Gundy stated that the parking meets <br />the code. There are no provisions for bike racks but they <br />can be provided. There are no landscaping or lighting plans <br />but Mr. Lloyd stated that the existing grass is to be main- <br />tained and the existing outdoor building lights will should <br />be sufficient. The hours will be from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. <br />six days a week and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Security
