ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Bugala called the meeting to order at 8:25 p.m. <br />Present: R. Perla, J. Roberts, J. Brown, and R. Bugala <br />Absent: B. Gorris, T. Morgan, and J. Prokasy. <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director D. Ryan, Building Commissioner <br />E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer D. Ryan, and <br />Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Roberts moued to approve the Minutes of November 11, 1980 as <br />submitted, seconded by J. Brown,.and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(a) Signs: <br />The signs were studied and discussed in conjunction with the <br />Architectural Board of Review Minutes of November 17, 1980. <br />Building Commissioner Gundy advised that the sign for Dr. <br />Yong H. Jung is being withdrawn pending decision of the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals. <br />J..Brown moved to approve the signs for Seeley Medical Supplies, <br />Dr. Buskey, Diamond Trading_Co., and Rini's Stop 'n Shop as <br />recommended by the Architectural Board of Review, seconded by <br />J.. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />(b) Great Northern Auto Service (Tony Difiore), 26674 Lorain Rd. <br />Building Commissioner Gundy introduced the plans. Mr. C. <br />Andreano, Engineer, and Mr. Difiore presented the proposal <br />for the garage addition. Mr. Gundy explained that the same <br />driveway that is used for Wendy's exit and drive-thru window <br />will also be used as the back out area from the garage. The <br />Board of Zoning Appeals granted a variance for the combined <br />use of facilities on November 12, 1980. This property was <br />subdivided in 1974 without going through the City. The <br />Board of Zoning Appeals granted a variance for the combined <br />use of facitilies on November 12, 1980. The parking will <br />remain the same since the garage addition will be indoor <br />parking. J. Roberts moved to refer the Great Northern Auto <br />Service garage addition to the Architectural Board of Review, <br />seconded by R. Perla, and unanimously approved. '
