Ledvina, C. Remmel, and L. Horvath. <br />Absent: E. DeVoto <br />Also Present: Lacv Director M. Gareau, Building Commissioner E. Gundy, <br />Gouncilpersons J. Saringer, R. Wilomosky, and Y. Petrigac <br />and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />C. Remmel made a motion to approve the Minutes of September 5, 1979 as <br />submitted. 1. Gary M. Colyer, 5938 MacKenzie Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request for oversize, over-height, and <br />more than the required.number of feet from rear lot line for storage shed <br />which is to be attached to garage. Violation of Ordo 75-117. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. The plans -were studied and discussed. C. Remmel <br />moved to app rove the requests with the condition that the wall between <br />the-garage and the shed remain a solid wall and that the shed cannot be <br />used for commercial purposes, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously <br />approved. Variances granted. <br />2. Harold A. Prososki, 5685 jdhitehaven Ave. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request to park more than one boat on <br />property. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04 (K). <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administeredm The issue was discussed. C. Retnmel observed <br />that this was a relatively small lot (60' width). C. Remmel made a <br />motion to approve the variance, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously <br />disapproved. Request denied. <br />3. Frederick Do.Willis,_4969 East.Park_Dr. • ' <br />Reque-st for varianee_ (1133, 13): :Request variance for oversized shed and <br />located more than the required number of feet from rear lot line. <br />Violation of Ord, 75-117. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. Willis advised that a neighbor requested <br />that the location be changed so that the shed will be at least 15' from <br />the south property line. L. Horvath moved that the variances be granted <br />with the condition that it be located at least 15' from the South property <br />line, seconded by C. Remmel and imanimously approved. Variances granted.
