. r y

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS SEPTEMBER 5, 1979 P.AGE 3
Shorewest owns '50-60° single residential property which will also serve
as a buffer zone. Also a 20' variance is requested for the set -back from
the Brookpark Road right-of-way. A previ.ous proposal for 118 apart-
ment units had been approved by Planning Commission (no variances were
necessary). This present proposal is for 82 condominium units. The
homeowners voiced their objections, they want the 60` single residential
area left as is and for the developers to conform to the 20' buffer
strip as per the Ordinance. Placement of the drive-way and the instal-
latian of a fence was discussed. Chairman Ledvina advised the neighbors
that the installation of a fence could be made a condition of the var-
iance. There is a slight encroachment into the 20' buffer area for a
driveway turn around. C. Remmel moved to approve the variances, .seconded
by L. Horvath. Roll call on motion: Messrs. Remmel and Horvath, aye,
and Mr. Ledvina, nay. Request denied.
D. Le-dvAa, Chairman B. Ori.ng; Recording Secretary
