Request 1' variance for fence. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1154.04 <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was explained that the appelant <br />wanted a 5' solid fence so that their dog could not see over the <br />fence and bark at people in the adjacent yard since it was annoying <br />their neighbor. The neighbor then stated his objections to the dog run. <br />Chairman Ledvina advised him that the variance was for the fence and <br />that was the only issued before the Board. The other neighbors also <br />objected to a 5' fence. D. Ledvina moved to approve the variance, <br />seconded by C. Remmel. Roll call on motion: -_t4essrs. Ledvina, Remmel, <br />and Horvath, nay. Request denied. <br />5. Robert J. Murphy, 4292 Brendan Lane. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request I' 8" sideyard variance. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1161v01. Also, request for 1' 8" <br />total side yard variance for fireplace. Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1161.01. , <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. Simon, -the next door neighbor had no ob- <br />jections to the variance. L. Chairman Ledvina explained that a priox <br />request for a buffer strip variance had been denied for the rear yard.
