Also, request for variance (1133.13) Request 2' sideyard variance (less than 15' to foundation of adjacent neighbor), violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1161.01. Chairman Ledvina asked all interested parties to step before the Board. The oath was administered. The variances is reuqested for the construction of a fireplace. L. Request special permit to add to non-conforming b uilding. Special per- mission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. Chairman Ledvina aske d all interested p arties to step before the Board. The oath was administered. Mr. Cornish amended the request to increase the addition to 25' instead of the orginal 20', he will still be 18r from the side line, and 25' from the next house. E. The request actually for a 3' sideyard var- iance and not a 2p variance as originally stated on the Agenda. This var- iance is necessaxy to replace an exis:ting garage without relocating the driveway and surrounding landscaping. Mr. DeVoto moved to grant the variance, seconded by L. After a short discussion, L. Horvath move'd to approve the variance, seconded by Mr. DeVoto and unanimously approved. Request granted.
