Fairfield, L. Horvath and E. DeVoto. <br />C. Remmel arrive d at 7:40 p.m. <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Cotmcilman R. Wilamo§.ky, and <br />Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />Review and Correction of Minutes: Minutes of May 2, 1979 correct last <br />sentence of page 2 to read "C. Remmel moved that the request be granted, <br />with the condition that this use as the real estate office only is approved <br />while Mr. Searl uses these premises as his residence4; seconded by J. <br />Fairfield, and unanimously approvedo" Also, Case #9, Iuation should read: <br />"C. Remmel moved to grant the Variance for a 5' chain link fence along the <br />rear property line, seconded by Mr. Fairfield, and unanimously approved. <br />J. Fairfield moved to approve the Minutes of May 2, 1979 as corrected, <br />seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. <br />Cases continued from May 2, 1979: <br />Gerald A. Danzey, 4456 Lansing Dra Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for 17' variance (reduced from 19' 8"), violation of Ord. 62-33, section <br />1159.01 and request for variance (1133.13). Request for 1' side yard variance <br />violation of Ord. 62-33, section 1161.01 to build attacYied garage. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The oatli <br />was administered. The case was reviewed. Mr. Horvath moved to grant the <br />variance, seconded by Mr. Fairfield. Roll call on motion: Messrs. Horvath, <br />Fairfield, and DeVoto, aye, Chairman Ledvina, Aay. Request granted. <br />Anthony J. Lavatti, Jre P.P. 234-22-17 vacant lot at 6288 Stearns Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). To retain the non-conforming building <br />(garage). See condemnation order dated 2/8/79m Violation of Ord, 62-33, <br />Section 1151.04, Accessory uses. . <br />Chairman Ledvina requested tliat all interested persons appear before tYie Board. <br />The oath was administered. Mr. Lavatti advised the Board that the prospective <br />buyer was no longer interested in buying the property, but that he was still <br />requesting a variance to allow the garage to remain on the property without <br />a main building while he was in the process of selling the property. Mr. <br />Remmel moved to deny the variance, seconded by Mr. DeVoto, and unanimously <br />approved. Request deniedo <br />1. David M. Simna, 4406 Birch Circle. Request for variance (1133.13).
