Violatioji of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04, Paragraph C. Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties Uefore the Board, and administered the oath. It was also noted that this variance also needs ? a special permit to add to a non-conforming dwelling since the house is at present 10' from an exdsting dwelling. After a short discussion Mr. DeVoto moved to grant the request for a 5' variance, and the special permit to add to a non-conforming building, seconded by Mr. Remmel and imanimously approved. Request granted. 4. Jack W. Belding, 23429 Marion Dr. Request ldithdrawn. 5. Richard Gibson 6854 Stearns Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request 10' variance to build garage 10' from exi.sting house. Violation of Or. 62-33, Section 1151.04, Paragraph C. Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board and adroinistered the oath. After a short sliscussion, Mr. Fairfield moved to grant the 10' variance, seconded by i4r. Horvath and unanimously approved. Request granted. , Chairman Ledvina advised that all 5 cases for Clear Cor Development would be heard and discussed together but voted on separately. All interested parties were asked to step before the board and the oath was administered by Chairman Ledvina. The requests were ex- plained to the Board and the neighbors by a representative from Clear Cor. After a lengthy discussion the neighbors assured the Board that they wanted the larger homes in order to keep the pro- perty values up in. the neighborhood, and they also agreed that the 2 corner houses ( Cases 6&7) should face Brendan Circle not Elm. In reference to Case #8 Mr. Ledvina observed that the lot conforms to square foot requirements even:-though the shape makes it practically unbuildable without a variance and that some provisions should be made at the time of the subdivision to eliminate this problem. 6. Clear 'Cor Development Co. 4638 Brendan Circle or Elm Rd. (Alternate Plan). Request for variance (1133.13). Request 6' corner lot variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1159.02. Alternate Plan Elm Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request 11' corner lot variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1159.02. Mr. Remmel moved to grant the 6' corner lot variance for the place- ment of the house on Brendan Circle on the condition that the drive= way be on Brendan Circle per the rendering attached to the application, seconded by Mr. DeVoto and imanimously approved. Request granted. 7. Clear Cor Development Co., 4639 Brendan Circle or 23429 Elm Rd. (Alternate Plan). Request for variance (1133.13). Request -7' corner lot variance.
